Description (partial)

Symptom:
The packets received on Switch3 are not transferred on uplink ports of etherchannel about 30 seconds
while master switch(Switch1) goes to down and power cycle and Switch2 is elected as new master.

Conditions:
2960S Stack consisting of three switch.
This stack switch is configured  "stack-mac persistent timer 0"
The issue has been confirmed on below both latest IOS Image.
(15.2(2a)E1 and 15.0(2)SE7)
