Description (partial)
Symptom: A user configured with SFTP access at context level and limited to a specific root directory actually gets full access, as if no restriction were configured. Conditions: The issue occurs in all cases where a context-level user (administrator or config administrator) is configured with SFTP access limited to a certain directory.
