Symptom: A standby MIO card continues to stay in Booting state even after a software upgrade. Conditions: A user issues a software upgrade command to the standby MIO card( fox example, card upgrade 5). Due to an internal software timing issue, there is a slight chance that the standby MIO card may not boot successfully.
