The vmnic0-3, the I350 1GB NICs are using the igb driver at version 2.1.11.1. The most recent version of this driver is 5.2.7.  This is 9 versions newer, you can find the driver here:

The vmnic4-15, BCM5709 NICs, are using the bnx2 driver at version 2.0.15g.v50.11-7vmw. This appears to be 14 versions older than the most recent compatible version, bnx2 version 2.2.5g.v50.2. Find the NIC and driver here:
