Symptom: After the Diamporxy instance kill, 1. When a new endpoint added to cache, DPD retry parameter was not set properly, which lead to peer blacklisting and removal very fast. 2. Requesting DPD recovery before config update might have lead to recovery info unusable and hence peer creation might have failed Conditions: After the diamproxy instance, where the sessions are up, killed, all the peers retry to connect. in case of DPD recovery before config update might have lead to recovery info unusable and hence peer creation might have failed
