When a circuit is created in Prerouted mode but is still to be accept, the circuit is created in OSS state.

In this situation, if the user leave the NFV, the circuit remain in OOS state.

The FV should inform the user about this.

The suggested behaviors are:

- the FV informs the user that the circuit is already created in OSS state

- the FV informs the user that after leaving the FV without accept, the prerouted circuit will be deleted.
