Description (partial)

Symptom:
Tag2ip traffic is not matching egress IP ACLs on a Nexus 7000.

Conditions:
This is observed on a Nexus 7000 when an IP access-list is used in an egress QOS policy.
When traffic arrives at the nexus 7000 as MPLS traffic and leaves as IP traffic over an interface on which this policy is configured, the IP ACLs of the access-list will not match the traffic.
