Description (partial)

When call is made by Emergency call, not able to see the dialing screen and after call is call connected video is not seen.
Screen flickers
Not able to unlock screen it will be flickering
screen will not allow to type digits to unlock screen it will be flickering between call and lock screen view.

On endpoint A, Go to settings > Security > Set screen lock
Make a call from Emergency call
