Description (partial)

Symptom:
- on dot1q-tunnel interface in egress direction the outer tag (Service Provider's VLAN ID) is not stripped when forwarding traffic to Customer's equipment

Conditions:
- 3850 with 03.06.00 or 03.06.01 or 03.07.00
- QinQ is configured
- FlexLink is configured on dot1q-tunnel interface
