Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call history does not show full number (affecting long numbers only). 
The number is shorten and presented in the form of: <part of the number> . <dots>. Example: "+492114699511..."

Conditions:
1. E.164 numbers are used for the DNs or the external number calling is long enough. Example: +49211469951111
2. Firmware used is 9-3-4-24 or later (confirmed that 9-4-1-9 and 9-4-2-1SR1-2 - latest - are affected)
