Symptom:
Steps:
1. CE phone, VVM is configured.
2. Expressway-E1 is down.
3. Open VVM
Result:
Phone's connection to Expressway-E1 fails expectedly, and it will retry TCP reconnection for 21 seconds(+3, +6, +12). However before that phone pops up
Error
Error sigining in. Server unavailable. Try again later.
4. Press Exit and re-launch VVM
Result:
Phone still tries Expressway-E1, then VVM can't be opened.
