Description (partial)

Phones are not able to download ITL file. 

Show itl  shows following errors on TFTP servers

Verification of the ITL file failed.
Error parsing the ITL File.

The issue is that the multiserver certificate is not pushed to db if the domain name is in uppercase.

The Domain name is in upper case .  Example :    node1  "sub10.MYCLUSTER.COM"
