Symptom:
Currently, there is no method for customers to monitor and track the TelePresence endpoint's touch panel pairing status. For TC software based TelePresence devices doesnt have a MIB also to monitor the touch pairing status. When customers have hundreds of endpoints, it is very hard for them to monitor each device manually. It is very critical have this feature implemented in TMS to monitor such status of the device, and alert the admin when there is an issue occurred at device on touch pairing.

Conditions:
TC endpoints with Touch 8/10 and managed by TMS
