Description (partial)

Endpoint support for unsolicited notify dtmf is not removed correctly by sme,which results in transition from kpml->unsolicited notify by sme when the leaf node has broken media

Symptom:
Symptoms:- 
SIP KPML DTMF not working, UCM is not forwarding the digits to CUC for cross-server login. 
SME cluster not subscribing for kpml, even leaf included KPML in the sip messages.

Conditions:
In this specific case, we observed in the below call flow, but it could happen on other call flows as well.

Call flow:- 
H323 GW -----UCM leaf 1 ----SCCP ---CUC cluster 1 ---transfers ---SCCP --Leaf 1 ----SIP ---SME ----Leaf 2 ----SIP ---CUC cluster 2
DTMF preference in sip trunk:- No preference.
H323 GW: - h225-signal.
