Description (partial)

Symptom:Stuck port threshold registers are not being reset to the default of 500ms when system timeout no-credit-drop is deconfigured.

Conditions:Occurs when system timeout no-credit-drop is deconfigured on the following platforms only:

MDS 9000 Series Multilayer Switches - including MDS 9710 and MDS 9706
MDS 9250i Multiservice Fabric Switch
MDS 9148S 16G Multilayer Fabric Switch
