Description (partial)

Symptom:
Few Tabs are missing in SAML SSO page

Conditions:
from CUCM Admin page go to System---->SAML Single Sign On, on top we have for tabs namely

1. Enable SAML SSO
2. Export All Metadata
3.Update IDP metadata file
4. Fix All disabled servers

but in below we only have just  "Export All Metadata"  other three tabs are missing, these needs to be added as to sync with other pages
