Symptom:
The qfp/ESP of an ASR experiences an unexpected crash and may be preceded by the following malloc message:

SYS_FREE_MEMORY_LOW_WATERMARK_TOUCH_WARN: SIP0: cpp_cp:  System free memory has reached its lower watermark. Can't allocate more memory for flow-slinks.

Conditions:
This crash is triggered by the exhaustion of system resources.
