Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the global pnp startup vlan X CLI command is configured on the upstream device to be pushed to the upcoming Plug and Play device, if the neighbor switches are any releases less than then supported ones, this CLI will propogate to other devices as well.

Conditions:
When using non-vlan 1 feature please make sure that all the neighbor devices are running 3.6.3 and not 3.6.0, 3.6.1 or 3.6.2 releases.

4500X stacks occasionally unreachable
We have several remote site where we have replaced 4506 switches with a stack of two 4500Xs as the site's core switch. They have been working OK for the most part, but we are constantly seeing them unreachable for a few minutes. It happens maybe 2 or 3 times a day and it's happening to different ones each time. When they come up, nothing in the logs seems to indicate there was a problem. I don't see errors on ports, and checking the EIGRP neighbor I don't see any indication that the neighbor relationship ...
