Description (partial)

OnePK should not be configured on NXOS. Only OpenFlow uses OneP internally.

Symptom:
When trying to connect OnePK from the XNC controller to a Nexus 3000, the addition fails.

At this time, OneP on the nexus 3000 becomes unstable:
switch# show onep status
Service not responding

and running OneP commands may result in the device reloading due to a OneP hap reset.

Conditions:
This has been seen when trying to add a Nexus 3000 running NX-OS 6.0(2)U5(1)
