Description (partial)

Transfer/Hold buttons are greyed out on CTIOS client for agent, when being coached (whisper coaching) by Supervisor. As a result, the agent is unable to control the initial customer call for transfer/hold/conference/etc.

While using whisper coaching feature with ctios agent desktop as the agent client.
