Description (partial)

Symptom:
The menu box to enable "SSL certificate authentication for device discovery" was moved:

>> From:
"Administration > System Setup > Assurance Setup > General Settings >  Enable SSL certificate authentication for device discovery"

>> To:
"Administration > System Setup > Assurance Setup > Device Certificate Management"

Also, the "cpcmcontrol.sh restart" root command to restart the service needs to be changed to the admin equivalent since root access is disabled on version 10.6
