Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Nexus 9000 switch will incorrectly program the RIB and FIB tables when learning and originating a default route at the same time. It will not check if there is a default route in the RIB not already created by OSPF.

Conditions:
Two devices generating and originating a default route simultaneously to each other.
