Description (partial)

Symptom:
On performing write erase, reload and copy boot-flash running.

1)The configuration which are depended on-the-config-lines in the lower-section of the entire config does not get loaded.
For example "ip route 12.12.12.0/24 41.41.41.2 track 2" where track object is defined in the lower part and hence config is missed out.

2)The configurations which are depended on previous config-lines (which is yet to finish applying in the backend) does not get loaded.
For example "FEX", VDC - allocate interface, breakout etc.." which is still getting applied in the backend due to which related config in the lower lines does not complete.
