Description (partial)

Symptom:
The MDS system clock is not updated after receiving an NTP leap second update.

Conditions:
This issue only occurs when NTP is configured and the time is updated via an NTP leap second update.

Additionally, this issue affects all versions of code used only the following Cisco MDS systems:

  MDS 9509
  MDS 9506
  MDS 9222i
  MDS 9148
  MDS 9134
  MDS 9124
  MDS 8-Gb Fabric Switch for HP c-Class Blade System
  MDS 4-Gbps Fabric Switch for HP c-Class BladeSystem
  MDS 4-Gbps Fabric Switch for IBM BladeCenter
