Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customers looking in their amparchive directory, may find plenty of perfectly normal emails with no malware or scanning problems.

Conditions:
This occurs frequently, and type of network failure, or cloud server failure, causes an unscannable result and the email being archived.  This defect is we don't explain to the customer why the emails were archived.
