Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCCX upgrade version 10 does not create the emailstatusFK column in the EEMAgentStateEmail table. This leads to problems in Historical Reporting and Syslog alerts.

Conditions:
Upgrade from a prior version of UCCX to version 10 and above
