Description (partial)

Symptom:
8945 IP phones are unable to use Visual Voice Mail (VVM) in a shared line environment when the shared line is in use. The user is met with a message stating that "No Line available to create session" and the voice mail is not played

Conditions:
Using VVM on an 8945 while a shared line is in use on a phone other than the 8945
