Symptom:
If upgrade of the IMP software fails for whatever reason, customers might be comfortable rebuilding the system anew but would very much benefit from being able to restore their contacts. This new feature enables the customers and TAC engineers to have access to CSV files that contain all the presence and non-presence contacts on the system and import them using the newly-added GUI functionality.

Conditions:
