Cisco Bug: CSCut20786 - Issue in "Add Rows" and "Delete Rows" of "Time of Day" page in CAR

Symptom: Issue in "Add Rows" and "Delete Rows" of "Time of Day" page in CAR Conditions: Steps to Reproduce : 1. Login to CAR page 2. Go to : Report Config > Rating Engine > Time of Day 3. Click on the "Add rows" to add 4(lets say) new rows 4. Then select 2 rows and click on "Delete Rows" 5. It will delete only 1 row instead of 2 6. What ever is the number of rows we are selecting to delete, it will delete only one. Expected Behavior : It should delete the all the number of selected rows instead of just 1. (As it is working for the "Dial Plan Configuration" Page of CAR) Even if deleting only 1 row at a time is the feature requirement; the check boxes should be converted to radio buttons and "Add Rows" and "Delete Rows" should be modified to "Add Row" and "Delete Row"
