Description (partial)

Symptom:
When 100% traffic is pumped through the copper SFP on GE-XP card which is in L1 Mode. ifInDiscards and IfOutDiscards are observed on the second card through which the traffic is flowing.

Conditions:
IfInDiscards and IfOutDiscards are observed when 100% traffic is pumped through the copper pluggable on GE-XP card in L1 Mode. 

These discards are observed on the second card through which the traffic is flowing.

If 99.9% traffic is pumped through the same setup, No discards are observed.
