Symptom:
Servers are dual homed to FEX 2348UPQ and each FEX is single homed to 5548P.

Bringing down a HIF port-channel on the FEX affects another port-channel, which means N2H traffic through the affected port-channel drops.

Conditions:
FEX 2348UPQ is used in the topology described above.
Bringing down a HIF port-channel on the FEX.
