Description (partial)

Symptom:
When applying a queuing policy on a FEX hif interface with more than 4 classes plus the default, all traffic appears to only update the 3rd policy entry.

The fex is attached to an F2E linecard

Hardware counters show that the traffic is matching on the right queue, but the display of the data i incorrect with the show commands.

Conditions:
N7K with Fex attached on 6.2.12.
