Description (partial)

Symptom:
The NCS application is sending syslogs with plain text passwords. 

Feb 25 21:10:11 omar-host ncs-java-vm <DEBUG> 25-Feb-2015::21:10:02.905 XXXXCUSTOMER_PASSWORD:<password>
Feb 25 21:10:11 omar-host ncs-java-vm <DEBUG> 25-Feb-2015::21:10:02.905 XXXXX_CUSTOMER_SECRET_PASSWORD:<password>

<password> is the actual password sent in the clear.

Conditions:
NCS configured with syslog.
