Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user is doing a RDP remote desktop sharing session with control, there is a toolbar with the text "Viewing Remote Desktop" at the top of the chat window.

While this toolbar is showing, the remote controlling user cannot control the remote desktop.

If the user waits 3-5 seconds until the toolbar goes away, the ability to control returns.
