Symptom: Sessmgr tasks are found to be using huge memory and eventually run into warn/over state. Conditions: The conditions that need to be met for this issue to be seen are : 1) Call type should be pure-S 2) Traffic policing should be enabled at SGW 3) A bearer with an unknown EBI is getting deleted (bearer without EBI is possible when CBR has been rejected) In such a case memory leak is seen.
