Symptom: Getting error message: An error has occurred on the server. Contact technical support. Error code: 31201 Send log files to Cisco WebEx Conditions: Trying to create or join a meeting. The user logged into the application longer than the limit specified on CWMS admin under settings > security > User Sessions > User Session Security > Web page expiration. The default is 1 hour 30 minutes.
