Description (partial)

Symptom:
When sending traffic to a N3172 pairs (with VxLAN/VPC pairing configured) with identical source IP/MAC (negative test), the source MAC will be seen as a constant MAC move between N3Ks, the traffic will eventually crash the two N3K.
