Description (partial)

Symptom:
When linking prime Assurance to provisioning under System Setup > Assurance Setup > Cisco Prime 360 Integration. The link will fail with "Unable to Attach to PM server = Globaladmin passwords does not match" This happens if the provisioning password contains a # or a @

Conditions:
Password contains a @ or a #
