Description (partial)

Symptom:
Certificate template name A is used in one the Authorization policy and give access to users after checking the name of the template . IF that template name is not matching on both ends , user will not have access.

And if Certificate template name A , is been modified , admin is not getting any warning message like doing so Users will not be able to come on the network , having Certificate template name A in their cert.

Conditions:
Modify the template name from Certificate template name A to Certificate template name B
