Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco 88XX phones can generate multiple console log files as well as archived logs.  Downloading all of these files from the phone's web page is time consuming unless you use a script or browser plugin to automate the process. 
This enhancement is to add a single archive similar to the DX "DownloadAllLogs.tar" file to easily allow all log files to be downloaded.

Conditions:
The admin needs to download all console logs that exist on an 88XX series IP phone.
