Description (partial)

Symptom:
NTP server on MP will no longer work after applying security Patch 6 (or above). If your system is patched with security patch 6 (MP85MR3_PA6_Security_8552.bin or MP86_PA6_Security_8612.bin) or above, MeetingPlace application server will no longer serve NTP requests.

Conditions:
Security patch 6 is published to fix two security issues:
1. GHOST vulnerability - CVE-2015-0235
2. NTPd.org Vulnerabilities
Disabling NTP server on meetingPlace will impact customers who are using HMS type of media server.
