Cisco Bug: CSCut11821 - WLC: ad-hoc containment doesn't stop

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Once an ad-hoc rogue advertising a locally administered SSID is being contained, the containment continues several minutes (sometimes hours or even days!) after the rogue is no longer present.

The issue is seen on WLC 7.6.130.0 and 7.6.130.11, with AP 2600 in local mode, wips sub-mode.
Auto-containment is enabled for "using our SSID"  (ad-hoc rogue AP containment option is disabled).

WLC in 7.6.130.0 code
Auto containment is enabled for "using our SSID"
