Description (partial)

Symptom:
The FC uplink of the switch goes to error disabled state when deleting the port default vsan of the FC port.

Conditions:
If there is a port default vsan configured on FC port, and that is deleted which causes it to change to port default vsan of 1 will cause the port to stay in error disabled state.
