Description (partial)

Symptom:
The ciscoLwappDot11ClientMovedToRunState SNMP trap is only sent after the first successful association to a Flex Connect Local Authentication WLAN. Subsequent successful authentications to the same WLAN and AP (even if deauthenticated before-hand) do not generate the trap.

Conditions:
-Flex Connect local authentication WLAN
-SNMP trap receiver configured in WLC
