Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a policy map applied to system QoS that has match COS and match DSCP statements,  the FEX programs the COS part of the polcy (even if match DSCP is configured)

It does not place all traffic in the default queue as indicated in the document

Match clauses like  match dscp or match ip access-group in the QoS policy map in addition to match COS
