When a Call is established the new start and stop media ports are not getting advertised in SIP messages and also in the UDP packet captures


Audio issues

Create a new SIP Profile in CUCM with following configs:

Start Media Port as 40000
Stop Media port as 42999


Apply the SIP profile to the 8831 IP Phone
Save, Apply Config and Reset
