Symptom: CTX is not doing correct domain based routing for dialout calls. CTX is not looking for exact domain and route calls to subdomain if it finds subdomain first in the list of dial patterns. Conditions: f we have 2 dial patterns (pattern part - Domain and Pattern Type Exact) : cisco.com and abc.cisco.com Org A is associated with route A and dial pattern cisco.com Org B is associated with route B and dial pattern abc.cisco.com Customer schedules a meeting with unprovisioned endpoint email@example.com with Org B (mentioned as Organization and Scheduler's Org), CTX matches it with cisco.com and route calls to route A and does not look furthur. CTX should look for abc.cisco.com instead of matching with just cisco.com.
