Cisco Bug: CSCut08408 - Error re-typing password when configuring remote location in GUI
Dec 16, 2015
- Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Repeated prompt saying "Server Error:400 - You must re-type the password when making changes to remote path configuration" even after re-typing the password when configuring a Remote Location. Conditions: After a remote location has been created in the GUI, the problem occurs when trying to modify it. If a change is made to the remote path and user hits "Submit", it prompts the user to re-type the password. This is expected behavior. However, after the password is re-typed and the user hits "Submit" again, the same password re-type prompt is given. This essentially makes it impossible to change the remote path when the bug is hit because it will not allow the user to hit "Submit" after re-typing password.
