Description (partial)

Symptom:
The "Enabling Third Party CA Signed Certificate" guide found here http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/collaboration/10-6/assurance/advanced/guide/Cisco_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance_Guide_Advanced_10_6/Cisco_Prime_Collaboration_Assurance_Guide_Advanced_10_6_chapter_0100111.html should specify that only PKCS7 PEM is accepted, and DER will not be.

Cisco Prime Collaboration - Certificate Error
Hi Guys, My Customer have the Cisco Prime Collaboration 10.x and is having the problem certificate error. The certificate expired and was generated the new certificate, but, is presenting error. The logs show the follow error: " keytool error: java.security.cert.CertificateException: sun.security.pkcs.ParsingException: insufficient data " Any have idea, about this?
