Description (partial)

Symptom:
Date and time settings are not maintained by PCP 10.5.

a. Manually configured start date and time for a future backup revert to current date and time.
b. End date can not be left blank or undefined in Backup Management section. It is auto-populated to a certain value after saving the task and clicking on Edit.
c. Create a backup job selecting 'None' as the option and 'Save' it.Now click on Edit and select 'Daily' without modifying any other field, save it again.'Next Run Time' section does not display the time at which the next backup is supposed to run.

Conditions:
a.  For state date and time issue, a non-English locale is used in the supported browser.
b.  End date is auto-populated irrespective of the locale.
